The only extra charge you many incur is if you need to hire our clothing. This will cost £20 per day. Everything else is included.

Do you supply all the riding gear?

Yes, we can supply everything you need, including Yamaha adventure suit with built in armour, helmets, boots, gloves and goggles. The hire fee for kit is £20 per course, although it you have your own gear, you are more than welcome to use it. Please note that boots must be of an offroad / MX / enduro type. Boots only, can be hired for £10 per day.

Insurance?

We have Public Liability Insurance for up to 10 million per claim; however we do not provide Personal Accident Cover. 3rd party road insurance is included.

Do I need a motorcycle licence?

Yes, all participants will need a full, valid motorcycle licence. Please ensure you bring both parts with you as they will be checked on arrival. Please note all those with a restricted licence of up to 33KW will only be able to ride a WR 250R. Anybody who is unable to produce their licence will not be allowed to ride.

How long does the day last?

You will be expected to arrive for 9.00 a.m. and the day will last for approximately 7 hours finishing around 4.00 p.m.

Can I bring friends and family to spectate?

It's not really practical for people to come and watch, because most of the riding takes place all over the surrounding countryside, and not that close to our base. However there are plenty of other things for people to do in the local area, check out: www.llanidloes.com

Can I bring my own bike?

Yes, you can, although it must be road legal and suitable for off road/dual sport use. All bikes must be well prepared and adequately silenced. Tyres must be road legal and it is advisable that they have some level of off road capability.

Is there anything else I need to bring with me?

If you are planning to hire our kit, it is a good idea to bring a t-shirt or base layer you don’t mind getting dirty, a pair of thick socks to wear in the boots and a change of underclothes and towel for a shower afterwards. Bring a camera if you want to capture some of the amazing scenery.

Can I see the Yamaha Tenere Experience Terms & Conditions anywhere?
